  Not trying to be rude, but I asked for a fresh fade and got a bowl cut. To be fair, the lady did ask if it was ok when she finished, but I was too scared she would mess it up more since I had already used the words "fade" and "blend" when I described what I wanted and she came nowhere close to the description. The Supercuts on Golden Lantern and Marina Hills fixed it for me, thankfully.

  My stylist completely ruined my hair. She gave the hardest head massage during my wash, and proceeded to NOT listen to me and how I wanted my hair cut (perhaps a language barrier?) I am getting married in a few months and so several inches being cut in the name of "split ends" is NOT something I could afford. Never coming back, nope. Usually supercuts is a good experience, but I would be weary of the "know it all" stylist with a thick accent whose been there for 15 yrs (somehow) here.

  The woman who cut my hair was unprofessional and rushed my hair cut. I am upset I wasted my time and money at this business establishment. I will say I'm never coming back but, if I do it'll be for a refund
