  Working out at FT now for almost 8 weeks. I have never worked with a personal trainer before so I have no reference but I am totally pleased with the experience and results to date. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. My BMI has improved, waste reduced and stamina much better for my hockey games. I feel better and feel like I look better but can't get my wife to confirm that yet. Looking forward to further improvements!
