  I just got back from Ralph's (2/11/18--5:15 P.M.) only to discover that the $100.00 Visa gift card plus 2 birthday cards I had purchased were not in any of my bags! This is not the first or even the second time I've come home from this store only to find that items I had purchased and paid for were not in my bag(s). Fortunately, on the several other occasions where this has happened the missing items were not that expensive (juice, ice cream, etc.). But now I'm out real money! Still waiting to see what, if anything, they're going to do about this, but I have serious doubts that they'll do anything to make this right.
